みなと保健所の３歳児健康診査当日、おむつが取れていないなどの理由で尿検査ができなかった方が対象です。This is for those who were not able to have their urine tested on the day of the 3-year old health checkup at Minato Public Health Center due to not being able to take off their diapers or other reasons.

＜ご注意＞
・完全予約制ですPlease be sure to make an appointment.
・感染予防対策を強化しています。以下ご協力ください。In order to prevent infections, please abide by the following rules.
①お子様一人につき保護者一人の同伴でお願いいたします。（検査対象外のきょうだいの同伴不可） Only one parent or guardian should accompany each child. (Other siblings are not allowed to come)
②自宅で検温し、体調を確認してください。Please take your child’s temperature at home and check their physical condition.
③お子様やご家族（保護者やきょうだい）に発熱（37.5℃以上）、咳などの体調不良の方がいる場合は利用を控えてください。If the child or a family member (parent/guardian or sibling) has a fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or higher), cough, or other health problems, please cancel the appointment. Please come another day instead.
